Lily Sumner
Honors student, nonprofit founder at 12, national press secretary, and advocate committed to empowering the next generation of leaders through public service and entrepreneurship.

Lily Sumner is an Honors student at the University of Louisville pursuing degrees in Business Economics, Philosophy, and Education with a minor in Spanish. At age 12, she founded Wrapped in God's Warmth, a nonprofit dedicated to serving individuals experiencing homelessness through youth-led service initiatives. She also founded P.E.E.P. (Find Your Purpose through Experience and Exposure with Passion), a career-development program that has reached students nationwide through workshops and presentations.
Lily has gained public policy experience through her work with the Kentucky General Assembly, where she conducted research examining how marketing strategies are used to promote social and political agendas to college-aged women. She currently serves as National Press Secretary for College Republicans of America and as Youth Ambassador for Kentucky Right to Life, where she founded and leads NextPulse, the organization's youth division.
Her leadership and service have been recognized with honors including the Future Business Leader of Kentucky Award, National Emerging Leader Award, Distinguished Citizen of Louisville Award, and WLKY Bell Award. Through her work in public service, advocacy, and entrepreneurship, Lily remains committed to empowering the next generation of leaders and creating meaningful change in her community.
